Built-in the 50s, space is limited in bedrooms and bathrooms – but the basics are covered and character abounds throughout this quaint vintage home. Classic bead-board and cypress paneling, rustic hardwood floors, and locally inspired artwork are featured in every room. From the back, a large comfortably furnished covered deck with step-down to sundeck overlooks the canal with a private fixed dock. In the front, the kitchen, dining area, and porch enjoy beautiful salt marsh creek views. Ample parking for small boat trailers. Public boat launch nearby. The spacious ground floor has an internal stairwell. This home is for the practical, not the pretentious. Experience this charming property for the lowest waterfront rate in South Litchfield! Sunday to Sunday weekly stays are required in the Summer. 3 Night Min stays are required year-round. DOG FRIENDLY: This dog-friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. The backyard is fenced in with the exception of the canal side. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog and are required to pay a non-refundable pet fee at the time of booking.
