Beautiful, newly renovated Catalina Foothills condo. Enjoy biking, hiking, sight seeing, and bird watching at local parks and trails.
Make a latte at the coffee bar and watch the sunrise, or watch it set with a complementary bottle of wine. Bluetooth in your favorite music via the back porch lights, and then rest comfortably knowing that you are in the safety of our gated community.
Bars, wineries, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, coffee shops, and salons all within just a mile or two.
The space
Private entrance to second story condo. Private living space and patios. Pool area, gym, and outdoor areas are shared with residents.
Guest access
Entrance codes and parking spot number to be provided by host prior to guest arrival. One covered parking spot will be provided. Additional parking is available, but only in the non-covered parking areas. No trailers or RV parking. License plate/description is needed for any vehicle that may be parking in the designated covered parking spot as the HOA does monitor this for our existing residents.
Other things to note
Each bed has a heated mattress pad and a water-proof mattress pad available within their corresponding rooms if desired or needed.
