Convenient Location, Nice View

The condo was spacious with the bedrooms separated by the open concept kitchen, dining and living room. The balcony provided an unobstructed view of the mountains to the south. Swathy was a very attentive host responding quickly to any inquiries.

Wonderful place to stay

We stayed there with our son and his girlfriend for 10 days The condo was spacious, clean and quiet. Everything was in working order. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics for cooking and the manager had a few food items to get you started. The towels were fluffy, not thin and cheap like you find in a lot of places. The grocery store was close by. The only con was there is a lot of road construction which is not the owner's fault and will eventually go away. It wasn't noisey but a little difficult to navigate at first. All in all, it was a great place to stay

A good experience.

We rented the unit for the month to get a feel of what it may be like to live in Tucson. Most everything was as advertised with a couple of exceptions. There was no local tv, only streaming. The two twin beds were not as comfortable as expected and there were limited dishes and kitchen utensils. I contacted Swathy and she and her husband immediately addressed our needs. They hooked up cable tv, updated the needed kitchen items and ordered two new beds. I was very pleased with their willingness to may our stay enjoyable. If I could change one thing, I would prefer tile instead of carpet, it had stains. Overall, they were very pleasant people.

Great spot in the Foothills

Beautiful area and really nice complex. The apartment itself was totally fine, with all needed amenities. We were there for 2 weeks and would have appreciated a vacuum, but apart from that, a perfect experience.
