There is no parking lot or street in view of condo, only mature pine trees, mesquite and desert landscaping. Condo is clean and accommodating. There is good natural light throughout with a total of three skylights.
The condo has an open living, kitchen, dining concept. Fully stocked kitchen.
Living Room has two sofas, a large picture window with drop down shades allowing for more or less light and privacy.
Master bedroom has queen bed, walk-in closet, door to patio and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and tub/shower combo.
Second bedroom has a trundle bed and office setup with large desk. There is one closet . There is a full bathroom (with shower) directly across the hallway.
Wifi is provided and there is a smart TV in the living room.
Laundry room has washer and dryer and one drying rack.
The walled and gated outdoor patio has nice privacy. Amenities in the complex include a large hot tub, a heated pool, BBQ grills and an exercise facility and these are all just steps away from this condo. There is one covered and reserved parking space, which has security lighting at night.
