Beautiful condo that's super-convenient to University of Arizona! It's also walkable to a lovely plaza with coffee shops, bakery and restaurants, meaning we didn't have to get into our car for every little thing. We also appreciate all the small touches like soap, shampoo on hand, etc.

Catalina Hills a great location.

Catalina Hills is a fine place. The location is great, easy access to what Tucson offers in any direction. What made it great was the responsiveness of the owner and the fine amenities they provided. We had a fine time and love Tucson and its environs. A minor downside was the construction of some new condominiums across the parking lot resulting in some dust. I can't say enough good things about the owners, they are committed to providing an excellent vacation for their renters.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is great! Walking distance to food, entertainment and walking trail. Safe area that is close to the university and close to Campbell taking up to La Encantada for shopping and dining. So much to do in Tucson so we love it.

What makes this property unique

Our property is ground floor so you have easy parking and access. The furnishing are high quality not cheap. So the hope is that guests appreciate and enjoy the attention to detail that helps them relax and feel comfortable.
