Very pleased overall, we thought that it was a bit closer to the lake, but it's not far away. Great location to travel from, and we would recommend booking.

Out stay at The LemonDrop Cottage with our dog, Thelma was wonderful! There was plenty of space to walk her and get her some exercise. The view was beautiful and the location was great! The cottage was private and very cozy. The hosts were great to work with. We hope to visit again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The place was SO clean, cozy, and you could tell that everything was thought out down to the smallest details. The house had literally everything we could possibly need. And the lemon theme was probably my favorite part There were lemons everywhere — in the bathroom, in the kitchen, even the soap! And somehow even the bed sheets smelled like lemons. Such a cute and fun detail! My husband and I had the best time and honestly got to relax 100%.The lake is literally just a couple of steps away, and you can even see it from the kitchen window, which was amazing. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place!

Perfect weekend getaway

Perfect location for relaxing girls trip. Had coffee sitting by the lake, morning hikes at nearby parks then visit the wineries. Hosts were friendly and offered suggestions for places to visit. Cute cottage decor!

Rustic cottage

This is a cozy cottage with access and views of Lake Erie. We particularly appreciated the Adirondack chairs close to the lake; great for relaxing by the lake and sunsets

Cute cottage!

Great location and wonderful host! Cute touches including a bottle of wine and toiletry items. Wonderful view of lake, space to have a fire with free wood and prime location. Check out the "mansion" winery near by. We look forward to going back!

The cabin was cozy and just perfect for us. It was clean and had very cute décor in line with the lemon drop theme. It was short walk to the water where there were Adirondack chairs and fire pits available. The cottage had all we needed and we mostly stayed in and enjoyed just being together near the lake. Dan was absolutely fabulous in terms of communication up to and during our stay.

Beautiful cottage

Was a wonderful weekend away! The cottage was perfect and so cute. They thought of everything. Was a great location for the local wineries but away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist area. Having the water front so close was really neat. We enjoyed the sunsets! The hosts took wonderful care of us, we definitely will be back in the summer!!

Great place to stay. Very quiet and surrounding area, it is well kept and clean. Dan is a great host and there to give great ideas on activities and fantastic restaurants.Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate. But we still had a great time exploring the area. We definitely intend on returning next year and chatting around the fire right at the lake. Would highly recommend. We would also recommend the John Vincent winery and the Madison family diner for breakfast.

The Lemondrop Cottage

It was the cutest cottage, very clean and up to date. The weather didn’t cooperate so we couldn’t enjoy certain things we had wanted too. Not their fault. The view is beautiful and plenty to do around there even in the rain.

Charming lakefront get-a-way

Dan and Brenda are wonderful hosts! They shared recommendations for local restaurants and were very responsive in answering my questions, in advance of our stay. The LemonDrop is thoughtfully appointed with all the amenities you could want during your stay. We especially enjoyed the sunsets by the cozy fire for roasting marshmallows, lakeside. Firewood and lighter were all provided as are the Adirondack chairs on the lake front. The LemonDrop also has its own patio with a fire pit and cafe table and chairs for sipping coffee (Coffee maker and mugs are all also provided). Can't wait to visit again!

The cabin was so cute. The bed was comfy and big! Access to the lake was a short walk. We enjoyed watching the sunset. The only thing was there wasn’t enough coffee for 3 days. I brought coffee but you had a Kuric coffee maker and was only 5 pods besides that we had a relaxing time. Thanks for everything
