Close to the lake, and with the amenities of a hotel and the privacy and comforts of a vacation rental.  Our home is optimized for groups of 8 adults and up to 6 additional children under 12 years old, with 3 bedrooms and a loft / 4th bedroom. With 9 total beds, everyone has a place to sleep! Inside you'll find an open main living area, with plenty of space to lounge around after a day of Tahoe adventures. Enjoy the community saunas year round and the pool or a game of tennis or bocce ball spring through fall. The home is 5.5 miles to Northstar California's ski resort, and only 1 mile from the beaches of Lake Tahoe! Kids love the bunk beds and foosball!

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
* 14 people (8 guests plus up to an additional 6 kids under 12 years old) max
* 4 cars max - parking in condo parking lot
* Please put trash in bear dumpsters with lids secure
* Please keep noise respectful at all times
* NoiseAware sensors may be installed inside and on deck to monitor decibel noise levels (nothing discernible). Learn more about this system by visiting Noise Aware's website.
* The pool and hot tub are open Memorial Day - Labor Day, and the tennis courts are open until it snows.

We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero tolerance policy abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 20 people into a home and party hard, this is not it. This is a tasteful, and well appointed home - please treat it as your own. Guests agree to comply with Placer County's Vacation Home Rental ordinances and our rental agreement (emailed separately). GUEST COVID-19 NOTICE
We have developed a COVID-19 Plan which includes several additional measures and modifications to our operations and policies to help mitigate the risk of COVID-19 transmission. Some of these are identified below. Despite these efforts, we cannot eliminate the risk of COVID-19 transmission so please be extremely cautious and careful and travel at your own risk!
* Best Practice: Please wash hand thoroughly, especially when leaving or entering home. Use sanitizer where available as extra measure. Be mindful of guidance for physical distancing and use of face coverings when in public.
* Symptomatic / Positive Test: If you are knowingly / suspected to be infected with COVID-19 please contact us right away. Extra measures will be taken in such cases.
* Increased Surface Cleaning and Disinfecting: Surfaces and highly touched items are cleaned and dis-infected
* Vacuum cleaner w/ HEPA filter: we have supplemented vacuum inventory with additional HEPA filter vacuums and staff are instructed to use these.
* Linens and Trash: Sheets and towels are professionally laundered every-time, and trash is hauled off site promptly.
* Staff Policy: Staff are instructed to wear PPE and face coverings while operating in homes, as appropriate , and are not to work if exhibiting symptoms.
* Comforters: A fresh comforter casing system every booking.
