A brand-new built home approved and permitted by the City of Hamilton for short-term rental. Located on a quiet street with only one entrance and no `through` traffic. Home is great for peaceful occupants that need a good nights rest. This home is close to the city center, but far enough out that you can get some peace and relaxation. We have several furnished homes in a row that can fit large groups or multiple families travelling together. Stay and enjoy the midwest hospitality of Hamilton OH.
Large open spaces. Room to share and laugh. This home features a large gathering space that has the kitchen, dining, and living rooms all open and flowing into each other. There are also 3 private bedrooms, one with a master suite. There is a small but ample driveway and 2 car garage. The home is located on a private drive that has approximately 60 homes.
A blend of comfort, style, and convenience greets you as soon as you enter our newly built ranch home. While decorating this inviting retreat, we have worked hard to create a home away from home feeling for our guests.
The living area is the home`s heartbeat, successfully combining the relaxing living room with an inviting dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to illuminate the space throughout the day. Together with the bright carpeted and laminate floors and tasteful décor, they create a feeling of warmth and coziness.
Three comfortable bedrooms are designed to offer all the rest you need after a long day of exploring the exciting city of Hamilton.
If you don`t feel like leaving the property but want to catch a breath of fresh air and soak up the sun, you don`t have to go farther than the fully fenced with spacious lawn where you can have an hour of fun.
The home offers so many amenities and spaces, and we can`t wait for you to experience them all.

Quiet, mature neighborhood. A very short car ride to downtown area which includes many dining options and shopping. There is also artwork and nice places to walk. We are located just 5 minutes or so from Spooky Nook sports complex.
While uber and Lyft are available. A car is highly recommended.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. **MUST READ PRIOR TO BOOKING** Our properties are in quiet, Family-Oriented Neighborhoods. We have a NO TOLERANCE policy for Parties and Noise complaints. Unauthorized gatherings will result in your immediate removal from the premises without a refund. • We can make exceptions to our rules, but you must request your exception in writing and have written approval from us. • Primary Guest must sign a Rental Agreement and pool/hottub general liability waiver release (if applicable). • No smoking allowed (of any kind) inside the home. • Quiet hours are between the hours of 10pm and 7am. • All check-outs are promptly at 11am. • Furniture may not be re-arranged. • No illegal substances allowed on the premises. • Air mattresses must be requested prior to arrival and will only be provided if guest count merits them. • Primary Guest must submit a photo of their ID (driver’s license, passport, state id), selfie, and must identify other guests by name during registration. This will require you to migrate from the platform. • At management`s discretion, private security may be required (we utilize Echler USA). Details will be provided prior to guest arrival if this service is required. • Total vehicle count and: make, model, and year may be required depending on property. Some properties have parking challenges and you will be prompted to provide vehicle information if the property you book is one of those properties. *PARKING. Parking is permitted in the driveway and garage without blocking the sidewalk. Street parking in front of the Premises is strictly PROHIBITED. The Guest will have complete access to the attached garage. HOA will call us immediately if the sidewalk is blocked or if anyone is parking on the street. Fines may result, up to $100/night at our discretion if parking rules are violated. *If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the guest count provided by the primary host, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per night over the provided guest count. **Guests will be charged for all damages and will be responsible for paying the max daily rate of $999 per night if we must block any days or cancel reservations due to the house requiring maintenance or additional cleaning after your stay. *** Properties are located in an area where pests (including bugs, spiders, mice, etc.) naturally occur on occasion. If we receive notification of pests in writing, we will do our best to investigate and eliminate them as quickly as possible. The mere presence of pests is not grounds for a refund or reduction of agreed rental price. **** Further information may be requested if the primary residence is in a 50-mile radius of the rental location including but not limited to social media handle/username, extended background check, and more. ***** In cases where the Police are called, the Primary Guest will be charged $1,000 (at Management’s discretion). ******Additional $500 charge if we are called or neighbors complain of loud noises after 10pm and before 7am. ******* Smoking in the home will be a $500 fine (at Management’s discretion). ******** All check-outs are at 11am, additional fees of $50/hour if you are late to check-out. ********* From time to time, odors may be present upon arrival, please notify us and we will remedy this as soon as possible. **********If guests are dissatisfied with their stay for any reason, they will allow our team to evaluate the situation in person (visual inspection may be required) within 24 hours to determine if property is able to be repaired or if guests need to be relocated. If management determines a repair cannot be made within a reasonable time and the issue is significant enough to affect the guest’s stay, we will offer a comparable property for the remainder of the guest`s stay. If no comparable property is available and the situation cannot be remedied, we will issue the guest a refund for the remainder of their stay.

We enjoyed an excellent stay at the property. The wide open layout allowed our family to cook and enjoy conversations while also watching sports on the large tv. Our son is @ Miami University and this was an excellent location. Will be staying again soon.
