About this property
Harbour View Heritage Home
A traditional 130 yr old home right in the middle of the heritage district of downtown Carbonear. Our home offers a colourful kitsch twist on traditional downhome finishings. Enjoy lazy summer days in the yard watching the ocean or evenings around the fire.
Across the street from the ocean it's a minutes walk to the supermarket, the beach, the best local restaurants and bars, museums and hikes around the harbour
Only a 15 minute drive to one of Newfoundland's best beaches, Salmon Cove beach.
Two floor house. Small and quaint. Tons of light with tons of windows in every room. Surrounded by a field so lots of greenery to enjoy.
You have access to the whole house and yard but not the shed.
