Enjoy a beautifully decorated, fully furnished 2 bed/2 bath townhome located in a private gated community offering luxury resort-style amenities.
The home includes a King and a Queen bed, two large televisions with full cable & internet. Well appointed and fully-equipped kitchen. Bright open floor plan with a dining area, desk/study area and large living room with an electric fireplace to cozy up on the reclining couches. 2-car garage and outdoor covered patio with fenced yard. 30-day minimum rental period, available October - December 2023. No smoking, no pets. Country Club charges $225 amenities fee.

Beautiful home & neighborhood and excellent seller communication

Our stay was wonderful. Encanterra is absolutely beautiful. This home was like new inside...kept immaculate in every way. The owner was very responsive to our messages and also had a very thoughtful welcome box for us. Self check-in was easy. We would stay here again.
