Perfect family stay

We loved our stay at Christopher and Courtney’s property! We felt terrible about our midnight check-in but they made it so simple and were very accommodating. We were greeted by a warm and welcome home and snacks/drinks which were much appreciated after a long day of travel! We’ve stayed a couple Vrbo/airbnbs and none have been as perfectly stocked for traveling with children. Chris and Courtney have thought of everything a child could need! From the “big kids” play room to the baby room, sunscreen, baby carrier, high chair, etc. 10/10 if you’re traveling with your family to the Queen Creek area this is the house you’ll want to stay in

Perfect location

This house was perfect for our trip to Mesa, Arizona for a baseball tournament for my son. The location of his house is very central to everything we could have needed. The house was very clean and with lots of windows, it just felt very cheery! It was also wonderful to get away from the cold Michigan winter! I did give the check in process only 3 stars because it was a bit stressful to arrive at the house with no access code. Our situation was a bit unique as our plane was delayed for hours on the runway during our layover due to icy conditions and the message I sent to the host updating him on our delayed arrival time did not get delivered. We didn’t land until after midnight and arrived to the house around 1am (3am our time). Under normal circumstances, the check in process of showing ID through the ring camera once we arrived to verify our identity would make sense. However, we had already spoken to the host to explain the situation when we landed and at that late hour, reaching the host was somewhat difficult and took several tries each time. Not only did we feel terrible for waking him up several times, but we were exhausted as well and just wanted a warm bed lol! This is the only aspect of our stay that we have even the slightest of complaints and wanted to give our perspective so possible exceptions could be made for future travelers who encounter unexpected hiccups. Aside from this, it was a wonderful trip and would definitely recommend!

Extended weekend in PHX

From the beginning of the booking Chris was always very responsive. He met us on-site and stocked the refrigerator with drinks and the pantry with snacks. The home was extremely clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. We wound up needing to extend our stay for an additional night, and Chris made it so easy to do that. It was everything we were hoping for and more. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in the PHX area.
