Relax and kick back in our tastefully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1407 sq foot split floor plan home.Our single level home is located in the quiet, safe, family community of Johnson Ranch. It's an easy,short 20 min. commute from the Phoenix- Mesa Gateway Airport, and 45 min.from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Featured everywhere inside the home are cathedral ceilings giving it a spacious, open feeling. Outside boasts a beautiful backyard view near the 2nd hole of the golf course. Enjoy sitting under the covered patio with your favorite beverage, or bask in the sun on the extended outdoor patio. Take a dip in the well maintained (weekly service) luxurious 6 man hot tub after a busy day of shopping or golf. When hunger sets in, enjoy a delicious meal prepared from the outdoor grill. Entertaining or preparing a meal in the gourmet kitchen is easy, as the open floor plan allows for everyone to interact. The great room is comfy and cozy with ample seating. The coffee table converts to a table top to allow you to enjoy snacks while watching TV on the 42' flat screen.

Open the double doors of the master suite and experience a lodge- like retreat with a southwestern twist. You can't help but notice the pine log california king bed, where you can watch TV on the 32' flat screen. The en suite has a soaker tub, separate shower ,and double sinks. There is plenty of room for your clothes in the walk-in closet. The 2 guest rooms are located in the front part of the home and share the main bathroom. Both have vaulted ceilings,good sized closets and new, comfortable queen beds. One room is decorated with a hotel - like theme, and the 2nd with a cottage chic- like touch.The washer and dryer are located in the hallway behind closet doors.

There is something for everyone here in the Valley of the Sun; the shopper to the sports fan/athlete to the performing arts buff.
