Dream it, Find it, Love it ! This Arizona Getaway Has it All!


Relax and kick back in our tastefully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1407 sq foot split floor plan home.Our single level home is located in the quiet, safe, family community of Johnson Ranch. It's an easy,short 20 min. commute from the Phoenix- Mesa Gateway Airport, and 45 min.from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Featured everywhere inside the home are cathedral ceilings giving it a spacious, open feeling. Outside boasts a beautiful backyard view near the 2nd hole of the golf course. Enjoy sitting under the covered patio with your favorite beverage, or bask in the sun on the extended outdoor patio. Take a dip in the well maintained (weekly service) luxurious 6 man hot tub after a busy day of shopping or golf. When hunger sets in, enjoy a delicious meal prepared from the outdoor grill. Entertaining or preparing a meal in the gourmet kitchen is easy, as the open floor plan allows for everyone to interact. The great room is comfy and cozy with ample seating. The coffee table converts to a table top to allow you to enjoy snacks while watching TV on the 42' flat screen.

Each bedroom is decorated in its own unique style.
Open the double doors of the master suite and experience a lodge- like retreat with a southwestern twist. You can't help but notice the pine log california king bed, where you can watch TV on the 32' flat screen. The en suite has a soaker tub, separate shower ,and double sinks. There is plenty of room for your clothes in the walk-in closet. The 2 guest rooms are located in the front part of the home and share the main bathroom. Both have vaulted ceilings,good sized closets and new, comfortable queen beds. One room is decorated with a hotel - like theme, and the 2nd with a cottage chic- like touch.The washer and dryer are located in the hallway behind closet doors.

There is something for everyone here in the Valley of the Sun; the shopper to the sports fan/athlete to the performing arts buff.
We have provided brochures and information at our home to help get you started, as well as wireless internet service.

The house was clean, comfortable, and the location was central to the places we went to and the hikes we did. The hosts were great! The hot tub was nice to jump into after a couple long hikes. We even saw Space X Falcon 9 streaking through the sky one evening.

Had all we needed to enjoy 5 weeks, acting as a 'central base' to go explore AZ - from Green Valley, Show Low, Apache Trail, Phoenix, Flagstaff, Sedona, GC, Page. It also gave the kids lots of fun things to do on our down days - swim, playgrounds, hot tub, Mansel Carter Oasis Park in Queen Creek.

Lovely San Tan Valley Home

This property met our expectations and beyond. The owners (Paula and Rick) were wonderful. Quick to respond to questions, easy to communicate with. The home was lovely. Well equipped, beautifully decorated, great location, the outside area was comfortable and inviting. The beds are very comfortable. The hot tub was a fabulous addition. The grocery store was about 1 mile away. Lots of restaurants in the area. Thank you for the pass to the local parks. We were sorry to leave! Oh, the neighbors were also friendly and the service providers (landscape, hot tub), were professional and friendly too.

Great Home in a very nice neighborhood. Close to golf and pools

This was a wonderful trip and the home was perfect for us. Loved the big back yard, patio, hot tub and grill. Garage was large and open to use to for our cars and bikes. Drove to Usery Mtn and San Tan Regional Parks to ride mountain bikes. Also did Scottsdale eBike tour which was worth the trip. Barleen’s shows were great as well. The golf course and pools where a 1/2 mile away and very nice as well. Thanks for providing such a wonderful place.

Felt like home!

My husband and I spent two weeks at this lovely house and it truly felt like home. Never have we stayed in a rental that has been so thoughtfully equipped and decorated for guests. We had visiting relatives for part of our stay and the home was spacious for four or more, giving plenty of room for everyone without feeling crowded. If we were ever to return to the Phoenix area, we would definitely stay here again !

Property is fairly new and in very nice condition. Much nicer than a condo my friends rented. Enjoyed the backyard hot tub nearly every evening. Places I recommend visiting are the Olive Mill and the San Tan Regional Park. Lots of cactus and trails are fairly flat. Quiet neighborhood. We chose San Tan Valley because of the slower paced ,relaxed atmosphere, easy access to and from the Mesa airport and for the abundance of SUNSHINE!

What makes this property unique

Johnson ranch is a friendly community with amenities galore- to mention a few, golf,tennis, swimming, fishing ,pitch and putt ......) and social events that run throughout the entire year (chili cook-off meet Santa etc.) We love to get up in the morning,enjoy a coffee on the patio, and go for a walk and discuss what we want to do for the day.
