Beautifully renovated 3 bedroom plus den bungalow includes Stainless Steel appliances, granite kitchen, and private heated and chilled (in summer) pool. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge with water/ice, dishwasher and microwave. Small appliances including toaster, and coffee Washer and dryer as well. Sleeping accommodates up to 6. Master bedroom with king bed (2), second bedroom with queen (2), third bedroom two twins (2). Master bedroom has private ensuite including separate shower and tub and huge walk-in closet. Large main bathroom with tub/shower unit. Beautiful back yard surrounding private heated pool with patio/umbrella set, outdoor eating area, fire pit with seating, beautifully finished covered area with Gas barbecue and ceiling fan. Very comfortable living room includes 50' HD flat screen TV (32' in master bedroom)and 40" in spare room. wireless Bluetooth sound bar.. All linens provided. We provide hand towels, bath towels, washcloths, pool towels, pillows, blankets and sheets for your comfort and convenience. Enjoy our two adult cruiser bicycles! Parking in the garage with auto door opener. Private heated pool in the back yard with no adjacent two story houses. Guest access to three neighbourhood heated pools, Hot tubs, tennis courts, pickle ball courts ,pitch and put and San Tan Highlands Golf Course and Bar/Restaurant.

Great place to stay

Beautiful home, very clean , quiet neighborhood. Great place to stay with the grand kids. Would highly recommend and will stay again if it's available on our next trip to visit family.

Perfect stay

The host was fantastic and very accommodating. The house included everything we needed and was very clean. The pool was in excellent condition, warm, and plenty big enough for our family of three adults, and three children. Definitely will be back.

Amazing stay

We spent a month here and had a wonderful time. House has everything you need. The pool is heated and everyone loved playing in it. The community has heated pools and hot tubs we used as well. The owner Sue is amazing and answers questions right away. Would not hesitate booking again.

The property was exactly as pictured. Would have been nice to have a smart TV so you could log into Netflix or Hulu to watch a movie later in the evening.

We stayed at this property for 7 nights just recently. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The owners were very prompt in answering any questions we had. They left a book with several contacts and phone numbers for anything that might go wrong during our stay. (Nothing did though). The backyard is lovely and the outdoor furniture very comfortable. The pool wasn't huge but it fit our 3 floaters just fine with room to spare. I have paid a lot more for accommodations in Hawaii thru VRBO and the service was not half as good as it was with these owners. I will definitely recommend to family and friends. Thx Lori

Beautiful & Clean!

We stayed here for 4 days in August and it was perfect! We wanted to stay in San Tan Valley to get a feel for the neighbourhood and we loved it. The area is a bit far out there, but very quiet and easy to get to. If you are looking for some peace, this is it!! The house is very well kept, the bed in the master is super comfortable. Can't vouch for the other beds as there were only two of us. Lots of condiments in the fridge, different spices, even some coffee in the cupboard. We had lunch at the golf course, food and service was great! Thanks for the bottle of wine, Barry. We didn't have a chance to drink it and then forgot to take it with us ... maybe next time??

Great Getaway!

I live locally and we rented this property for family coming to town for a high school graduation. We had three guests staying at the property, with about five additional people visiting in the evenings and on the weekend. Ages ranging from 8 to 70 and we all had a blast! There was plenty of space for entertainment and seating. The outdoor space is top notch! We spent most of our time by the pool. There were a few pool floaties and toys left for us to enjoy. There are shade curtains on the patio to help with the heat in the evenings and we even lit up the grill for burgers and hot dogs. The pool guys swung by and were super nice and quick. The kitchen had everything we needed and there is a grocery store right up the road. There are some good options on Doordash and UberEats, too. The beds and pillows were comfortable for everyone. There were plenty of towels provided and we used the washer and dryer with laundry soap provided for a couple loads of pool towels. Don’t forget a bath bomb for the garden tub in the master bedroom! We enjoyed the bicycles, volleyball, and a few rounds of cards. On the last night, we thought that it would be nice to have a few board games to choose from but we found a puzzle and enjoyed that. The neighborhood is quiet and close enough to everything we needed. We enjoyed lunch at The Florence Fudge Shop in downtown Florence and breakfast/brunch at Biscuits Cafe in San Tan Valley. The owner was very responsive and kind!! Easy check in with door code and garage door opener. We are looking to book this property again for a little girl’s retreat in the fall! Hurry and book this home for your vacation!!

Perfect Getaway!

Check in and check out process super easy. Spent four nights there with my two daughters. Enjoyed the pool and air conditioning inside, eating out and cooking in. Everything you need for cooking and baking is there! There are many spices and some condiments in the refrigerator. House was very clean and quiet. Would stay there again!

This property is beautiful. It is very quiet and relaxing and truly feels like home away from home. Supplies are well stocked and everything is very clean too. The beds are comfortable and the pool is very fun and well maintained. The neighborhood is nice and safe with any business amenities that you might need right outside of the neighborhood on Hunt Hwy. The host is very polite and will help you out in any way that she can. I highly recommend for anybody reading this review to stay at this home during your stay in the the San Tan Valley area. You absolutely will not be disappointed.
