About this property

Absolutely Stunning Arizona Oasis!!

This magnificent property is best suited for two couples or a single family. It has all new furnishings inside and out. It has an amazing back yard complete with heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, new stainless barbecue grill and your own putting green. On the inside it has a wonderful game room with shuffle board table, Foosball table, board games and a 65 inch flat screen TV. The Kitchen comes complete with everything you should need plus some. The living room area is large and open with a cozy gas fireplace, another 65 inch flat screen TV and a huge sectional with power recliners. The master has a king bed with ensuite bathroom, walk in closet and a bistro table for morning coffee looking out over the waterfall pool. The second bedroom has a king bed with large walk in closet. The third bedroom has a queen sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress and is set up as an office with printer and office supplies for those of you who just can't go off the grid. When we travel we don't like to get nickel and dimed, that is why we try to have everything you will need for your stay. We have tennis rackets, golf clubs, pool toys, bicycles, passes to the clubhouse recreation room. We have another property in the area on VRBO #818156 take a look at this property and our reviews. We enjoyed so much about the house, including spending much of our time in the pool and hot tub! We also enjoyed so many restaurants around but having everything we needed to eat some meals at the house! We enjoyed hiking at San Tan Mountain Regional Park. We also had an amazing time at the Boyce Thompson Arboretum! We will definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay for our family of 6. The hosts reached out ahead of time to make sure that our arrival went smoothly. The stopped over to check in the next day and addressed our questions. The house had everything we needed and all the extras. The location was perfect, with many options for food and entertainment nearby. We loved spending much of our days and evening by the pool and hot-tub. We hope to visit again and this would be where we would want to stay.

Our stay was excellent - the property owners and manager were incredibly nice and responsive, the house was very pretty and well-maintained, and the backyard was outstanding with a beautiful pool/spa, putting green, and bags for lots of fun with the family. Thoughtful touches like bicycles, pool toys, plenty of towels, small hotel-like toiletries, and kitchen stocked with utensils/glasses/plates really made the place shine! Loved our stay and will book again next time in the area.

We have had the good fortune to travel a great deal and have used owner rented properties almost exclusively as they are a great deal and we enjoy the personal touch they offer. We decided to give a try ourselves. This home is exclusively a rental. Our home is 5 houses away so we can offer assistance and local information. All the furnishings are new and the home is beautiful.
