Beautiful newer home with all new furnishings in San Tan Valley. Four very nicely furnished bedrooms. Master with king bed and 55" smart TV, ensuite bathroom and large walk-in closet. Three bedrooms with queen-sized beds (one queen room with 55" smart TV). The family room has leather reclining chair, loveseat and sofa. Also has a wall-mounted 65” smart TV. All TVs are set up to stream your favorite apps, i.e., Netflix, Prime, Sling, etc. Open concept layout for the family room, dining area and kitchen. Kitchen has modern finishes with granite countertops, SS appliances - electric stove, refrigerator with ice maker & filtered water and a dishwasher. Full-size washer and dryer. Great home for transitioning to San Tan, Queen Creek, or Florence area. Fully furnished with everything you would need for your home away from home.

Refreshing pool awaits you in your backyard oasis. Pool is surrounded by a security fence to keep little ones safe. Outdoor patio set to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine as you watch the sunset. Please note that the pool is unheated - refreshing in the winter months and very warm in the spring & summer as it heats from the hot Arizona temperatures.

We are located in a VERY quiet neighborhood and we would appreciate it if you respect the neighborhood vibe.

Such a great experience with our stay at Nicole's home. Very clean, pool was amazing, and communication with Nicole was fast and answered any and all questions we had during our stay. Definitely look forward to staying out there next time I am in AZ to see family!

Great family vacation

We came from Oregon to visit family/meet a new family member for her 1st Birthday. It was close to 100 while we were there, the cool clean pool was a life saver! The kitchen is well stocked with anything you could need for cooking. The family room was very spacious and the bed rooms were comfortable and cozy. Very happy with this stay, it met all of our needs.

My husband and I stayed at this home with our 3 grandchildren, one of the reasons we chose it was for the pool which was great. Property was clean and nicely decorated. Pool was the only thing that we went for. Loved it! Only note was to cut and trim bushes around pool as there were alot of bees. Other rhan that...all was great!

Great Home

Location is good, near grocery stores and restaurants. Was enough space for the 5 of us! Beds were somewhat comfortable. Bedrooms are good size. Very quiet area! Only real negative; pool area there are bushes that attract bees and flies, several of the days the kids couldn't swim because there were so many.

Good Location

Communication prior to, during and after our trip was excellent with Nicole. She was very responsive to issues we had and responded quickly to messages. The house was in a nice area and is close to grocery, restaurants and many shopping areas. The house was, for the most part, clean and well equipped. We picked up a few dish towels at Walmart as there was only 1 in the house. The little grassy area in the backyard was nice as we had our dog with us. The neighborhood is very walkable and we enjoyed many walks with our dog. She loved playing at the grassy park across the street. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The kitchen was well equipped and it included an island for food prep. There was good water pressure and it was clean. The dishes and plates were all clean. (I am a bit of a germaphobe so I always check the dishes, glasses and utensils.) The pool was very cold and not usable due to that. We had one issue for which I messaged the owner and it was promptly addressed.
