This beautifully maintained single level home located in the Johnson Ranch community features a sparkling PebbleTec pool with the option to heat for an additional $35/day and multiple patios designed for year-round outdoor enjoyment in a meticulously landscaped backyard. Inside, you'll find 3 bedrooms plus game room, as well as 2 sofa beds for additional sleeping arrangements if needed. NEW interior paint, NEW carpet/pad with vaulted ceilings that create an open, airy feel. The kitchen has updated granite countertops, stainless appliances with refrigerator, washer and dryer.
During your stay at our home, you'll also have access to the amenities of the Johnson Ranch community:

We are very grateful to be able to host here on VRBO. We currently live in WA State. We are a young family who love Arizona and all it offers which is why we chose to buy a home to share with you in San Tan Valley.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and well kept. It is extremely close to the HOA amenities and the golf course. Additionally, nearby are places to eat and a shopping center to fill all your needs.
What makes this property unique
Our home is a little oasis. The back yard provides a clean and comfortable retreat. The interior was furnished (new) in 10/2025. Spend some time in the sun then come inside for a cold drink and kick your feet up.
You're steps from an amazing golf course and walking distance to 1 of the 3 great pools and tennis/pickle ball courts of Johnson Ranch.
