This is a freshly updated, modern 4 bedroom/3 bath home with dual master bedrooms in a safe, quiet neighborhood. It sleeps 10 people. It's centrally located and is only ten minutes from Naples Beach and 5th Ave South. It's 5 minutes from Tin City and Naples Bay. There is a large screened lanai for soaking up the sun and enjoying South Florida weather. Parking for four cars on site. The house is located in a deed restricted community of single family homes.

Clean and comfortable house near everything!

The house was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. It was close proximity to everything we did - the beach, Main Street, pickleball facility and kayaking. The host was absolutely the best! He responded to every question immediately and was so kind. We will definitely choose this house again.
