Why they chose this property
This area is popular with young families and stable, long-term property owners. Many families move in and stay for generations. The neighborhood has much to do and see. In 1912 the Dunean Mill started operating it was known as “the million-dollar mill.” With hopes to be the "textile center of the world". The home surrounding the mill served as homes for the mill workers.
Today the mill makes Safety Component fabric solutions for first responders, military, outdoor, and other high performance textiles. Alot of the mill has been truned into industrial-style urban condominiums. The community has grocery stores, restaurants, breweries, breakfast, and local coffee shops.
