Welcome to paradise! This two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa is a stone's throw from Atlantis, the gem of Paradise Island, only a short taxi cab ride away from the Nassau Airport. Location is on the ground floor, the villa is steps to the pool, beach and has a terrific ocean view. Please note if your time is not available or you wish more space we have 2 additional villas at Sunrise Beach- 1 more 2 bedrooms # 270400 and 1 3 bedrooms # 1290 on VRBO. Please message if needed. 9a - 2 bedroom is a second level villa overlooking the pool and 15 - 3 bedroom is a 2 level villa.

This Villa has been renovated and has Indian/Tropical style furnishings. The two bedrooms both have very comfortable memory foam beds, premium linens and smart TVs. The master bedroom has a King size bed and the second room has two Single beds which can be put together to form a King size bed if desired.
The living area has comfortable furniture, with pull out sofa bed and smart TV.

For those who want to cook the unit is complete with a fully equipped, updated kitchen and an outdoor grill (propane is provided). Groceries are readily accessible with a grocery store a ten minute walk away for your basic necessities and for a more elaborate selection; the Fresh Mart is a quick taxi ride to the other side of the bridge or you can use the online grocery delivery service. To eat out - there are many restaurants within walking distance.

Onsite you have Viola’s, which provides meals, bar service and live entertainment (including karaoke).
The world renowned Atlantis Resort is a short stroll down Casino Drive with access to the casino, restaurants, marina village and shops. Daily passes for the waterpark and aquarium are available for purchase at Atlantis or online. There is a wonderful comedy club at Atlantis.

For your convenience, this villa has a central air conditioning system and supplemental ductless systems for optimal comfort. Laundry access is provided.
