You are in close proximity to it all, while being in a quiet spot. The tart trail is just outside the front door, perfect for walking/cycling/running along Boardman lake. On the main floor you will find 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms (including the primary suite), the kitchen, laundry room and a large sun filled living room/dining room. The lower level has a large television area as well as a bedroom and a full bathroom with a shower. All bathrooms with showers. The house enjoys an open floor plan with an updated fully equipped kitchen with eat in space, dining area sits six. Grill available for outdoor barbecue, parking for 2 cars on driveway. Please note a minimum of one month stay is non-negotiable due to zoning laws. For stays of 30 days, please add 6% lodging tax. Stays of 31 days or more do not incur a lodging tax. Central AC and heating. Linens and towels included. No smoking, no pets. The house is not child proofed and is not suitable for children unable to walk up and down stairs without supervision. Please note this is a residential area, no parties are allowed at the house. Maximum occupancy of 5 people must be strictly adhered to.
