The unit was clean and worked well for a short stay as a solo traveler. The sleeping, sink, and kitchen area share one compact space, with a small but adequate separate bathroom. Amenities included a coffee maker, small microwave, refrigerator, double size bed, small sofa, and convenient metal shelving and hooks for storage. There are no exterior windows, though hallway light provided some ambient light. A space heater and tower fan were available. I had some difficulty connecting the TV to the WiFi for Netflix. The building appears to be converted office space with at least nine rental units located up one flight of stairs. Three different codes were used. One to access the exterior door, one for the upstairs door entrance and one for the individual unit. Definitely an affordable option for the area.
