This is one of the best rentals we’ve been too. Friendly host, quiet neighborhood, easily accessible and close to many of southern utahs national parks. I would highly recommend this property. To the host, Thank you for your hospitality we will definitely be back. Much love, The Garcias
This was a great place to stay. It was a little bit of a drive from our activities in Cedar City but it was clean & quiet. We had plenty of room for our family of 6 and we enjoyed our stay here.
We loved the openness, cleanliness, and decor. Pretty sure the host kids even left a flower on the doormat for us. Already planning our next trip and home to stay here again!
All questions were responded to very quickly and patiently. House was clean in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for a quick stay after high school bike race.
Had a great time staying here. Everything was very new and felt very clean. The hosts were responsive and clear with communication. Good close proximity to Cedar City. Would definitely stay here again.

Very secluded away from the city, which was a good thing, but GPS couldn't get us there and directions supplied by the owner were wrong. Directions said to take a left at 2 different times, and there wasn't a road to turn left on. We turned right instead both times and found it.
The place was really nice except for the beds. One bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the other bed was VERY hard and VERY uncomfortable.
Fix the beds and the directions, and this would have been a 5-star place to stay.
Holly was very easy to communicate with. We just wanted a nice clean place to sleep a few hours. The house was very clean and comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. The area was quiet and not too far off the highway, close to gas station and quick access back to highway without backtracking. AC works fine although we forgot to set it before bed, the house was keeping cool at 71 degrees without it so it was okay this time of year OCT 2025. We turned AC to 70 briefly sometime during the night and it works well their home was nice and cool fairly quickly and holds temperature well. The house is insulated well to as we did not hear any of the highway traffic during our stay. Bed had lots of pillows and blankets available. We did not use the kitchen but it is very nice, the fridge works well. Happy Campers!
The casita was wonderful. We only stayed overnight heading north. Then again overnight on our way home. Very clean, comfortable. And easy access from freeway.

About the host
Hosted by Holly Haymond
We love staying in short-term rentals when we travel! We're a big family and we always want a kitchen to make it less expensive to feed our family on trips, so we're happy to be able to provide a place for you to come with YOUR family when you visit Southern Utah!
Why they chose this property
So. Quiet. Beautiful and rural, we're right up against the mountains and the views are breathtaking. Our property sits on over an acre, so no nearby neighbors to be disruptive. You can see allll the stars at night, because we're far from light polluting city areas.
What makes this property unique
Great layout--the unit was built with the idea of being a short-term rental, so there's private bedroom space but most of the house is the great room/kitchen area so it feels really open and spacious. The windows are big and bright and it feels just right for a short term stay.
