Why they chose this property
I was born in Indiana and spent many summers and winters in and around the Indianapolis area as a kid. I remember all of the filed trips to the museums and going to church with my family and I hope to bring that same feeling of nostalgia and home to people new and local to Indy.
What makes this property unique
The William H. Block building is a marvel in and of itself. The early 1900s art deco features that still echo throughout the building give it so much character and personality. You can see and feel the rich history the moment you walk into the building.
317 is a great fresh feeling space with a beautiful view of one of the main streets in downtown Indianapolis. The space has been intentionally curated to inspire thought, invite relaxation and embellish on the already laid back vibe Indianapolis exudes.
