About this property

This is a fully furnished 3 bedroom Basement Apartment Unit with Kitchen and 2 bathrooms. It was completely renovated and it has its own separate entrance and 6 guests can be accommodated. I have ample free parking for guests on the street outside home and this home has excellent Wifi. The rooms have two Queen bed and two twin beds and there is closet in each room. Its conveniently located near Kaiser Permanente and Sentara Hospital. This home is ideal for guests visiting Washington DC and Northern Virginia and great for families travelling together for vacation. If any medical professional working at Sentara or Kaiser or Innova hospital needs accommodation for a month than I can offer discounted monthly price for long term booking.

Great Stay

Naveed's lower level apartment is great. Tons of space. Sleeps 6 very comfortably. Nice kitchenette. Naveed was an attentive host and responded very quickly.

appartement tout neuf dans un très beau quartier

L'appartement est tout neuf et très propre. Il se trouve dans un très beau quartier de Woodbridge. Des écureuils s'affairent dans le jardin. Le contact avec le propriétaire est facile et il répond tout de suite en cas de besoin. L'entrée dans l'appartement se fait en toute autonomie. L'appartement est situé dans le sous-sol de la maison du propriétaire. On entend le bruit des pas de la famille. Une des chambres est sans fenêtre. Si ces éléments ne sont pas importants pour vous, l'appartement vous plaira.
