About this property

Welcome to Lac-St-Pierre, Mont-Carmel. Whether for water activities on the lake, walking on the many hiking trails, golf, biking, horseback riding, climbing or winter activities such as cross-country skiing and snowmobiling, you will find everything in this beautiful region. People from the various municipalities surrounding the place are very welcoming. Come and enjoy nature, whether on vacation or to work remotely in a calm place. High speed internet through Starlink.
Former inn built in 1955 and converted into appartment around 2010. The condo is on 2 floors on the south side. The ground floor consists of a living room, a full kitchen, a dining room with a corner for teleworking and a bathroom. The 2nd floor consists of 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom (bath and separate shower) including washer-dryer and a work space equipped with a sit/stand desk. Each floor has an emergency exit.
Resort in a rural environment. Municipality of Mont-Carmel located a few kilometers away and accessible by road and, also, the pedestrian path located a few tens of meters from the condo.
