Family vacation

Linda was very helpful and fast. The house was stocked with lots of extras. Nice neighborhood. Close to highway and any thing else you might want. Minutes away from a HEB and Walmart.

Comforting and Local

The property is in a quiet neighborhood and is very centrally located to the various family fun things to do in Katy. The house is very well equipped and clean. The communication with the owner has been the best experience we've ever had at a VRBO property. Very quick responses and even went above and beyond while we were there to take time out of her day and turn the heater on in the pool for my daughter and her friends. The master bed was a bit firm for our preference but we still slept fine. We would definitely stay here again for a stay cation.

Great house for a family reunion.

We chose this house because it accommodated our group of 6: 3 adults and 3 teenagers and because it had a nice outdoor area and pool. We traveled to TX from out of state to visit relatives who live in the Katy area. The house fit us perfectly and we enjoyed our stay. The property manager, Linda, was very responsive. We had a couple of reasonably warm days and were able to enjoy the outdoor area and heated pool. The only negative was the living room couches which were very hard and uncomfortable. Fortunately, there were plenty of pillows around to sit on. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Katy.

No

It was nice. Just make sure you purchase the insurance of cancellation because they will not work with you. They don’t care they just want your money.
