Casita Blanca is a two-story home absolutely beautiful, elegant and peaceful in the best part of Santa Teresa. Minutes walk to the beach, private pool, all the amenities and more. Outside dining area, outside grill area, second outside seating area with spacious comfortable couch with a beautiful vibrant garden. Top appliances throughout the house. One minute walk to the grocery store (La Super Hacienda) and super short walks to a few of the best restaurants in the area. Nami Sushi, Soda Tiquicia, El Patio Cafe and El Falon Grill & Bar just to name a few. The home is located in the North end of Santa Teresa and close to Playa Hermosa. The area is quiet and the ideal location to enjoy your time while visiting Santa Teresa. Easy access and steps off the main road. No ATV or 4x4 vehicle required. Private parking on site. Pura Vida!

This was the absolute best for what we needed this trip. The pool was perfect for us and our small children. The space was perfect size. Walking only a short distance for multiple meal options and the grocery store. Great location in general. Our rooms were large and accommodating. The washer dryer was a total bonus for us. Everything we needed and more. We will absolutely stay here again.

We are from Florida and we love the warm weather and beach. While traveling to Costa Rica we fell in love with the warm climate, beaches and vibe. Santa Teresa is absolutely beautiful and we decided to build our dream home here. Santa Teresa is filled with a vast diversity of wonderful and friendly people with an outstanding variety of delicious restaurants. We love the beaches not only for surfing but to relax in the most beautiful pool rides and/or take a relaxing breathtaking walk along the shores.

Why they chose this property

We believe and have been told by many locals that the part of Santa Teresa our home is in is the best. It’s north of the busy and noisy area and close to Playa Hermosa. Take a walk or your quad to the busier area to enjoy a variety of shops and restaurants. There are many restaurants, shops and yoga studios within walking distance of our home. Within a minute walk you reach the best supermarket, La Super Hacienda. Everything you need including fresh meat, poultry, fruits and vegetables.
