Excellent Eclipse Experience

The location couldn’t be beat as it was adjacent to a nearby, naturally-vegetated, park with a few manicured areas making for a great picnic spot. It also had great proximity to all manner of commerce with restaurants, groceries, Home Depot, and pubs all an easy drive away.

Family football

I love that there was not a lot of decorative “stuff” to get in be way yet it had most of the basic necessities. Listing has 3 baths but there was only 2. Host was very receptive and does not ask for a lot of clean up when u leave.

Amazing Host

You will be hard pressed to find a better host. VRBO left us in a terrible position by double booking another property and this host went above and beyond to make sure we had a place to stay when all of Arlington was sold out because of a huge tournament this week. He was so accommodating and responsive and even came by when we couldn’t figure out the WiFi to make sure we figured everything out. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Perfect size for our family of 5.

listed wrong

this was and still is listed as a 3 bathroom. It is only 2. A decent location but would have stayed somewhere else because I really needed 3 bathrooms. About half of the electrical outlets did not work. the place smells horrible and not helped by the plug in scents in all the outlets that worked. no coffee mugs. 2 soup mugs. listed for sleeping 6 but not enough dishes to support 3. no corkscrew. the floors were not dirty but oddly sticky. The manager responded quickly when messaged. dog next door barked constantly. has great potential but would never stay here again and would not recommend staying here to others.
