It was a very neat property with old brick walls, ATV parking and lots of room for our large family. The small town was fun to explore and the playground next to the building kept the younger kids busy and happy. The beds were sooo comfortable !!!!! Everyone enjoyed the say.

Perfect location for our riding trip. Amazing Trails all around us!! Trails right next to the park that was across the street!! The garage fit our 3 dirt bikes, 7 atvs and 2 side by sides with plenty of room to spare. House was more than big enough for our group. The garage, kitchen and front bar area all have fridges! Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The Blackstone was great for quick meals. The dollar general being right across the street was perfect. They have ever thing you need. We rented a side by side 8min up the street which was so convenient and was able to drive it to our building and had it for the weekend. Our host Emily was amazing and answered any question I had. The locals were very friendly. We will back again!

This property was a great fit for our group of 15 for a long riding weekend. Close to trails and a really great restaurant in Pocahantas. Property was just as described, plenty of room and really cool- our only complaint was trying to get everyone showered between 2 bathrooms and competing for hot water, but not a huge issue and typical with most rentals for a group of our size. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our needs

Perfect place for our College Group to stay for the weekend while skiing at Winterplace. This place has everything you need. The owners were super chill to work with and we had no concerns. Will def keep this place in mind as we do this trip yearly. Would use again 100%.

Awesome place for ATVers

We did a 12 person bachelor party at this property and it was great. Fire pit on the side, big living spaces, bar and games in the front, massive garage for ATVs. We found it to be super accommodating and could have slept far more than 12 comfortably. Emily was great and quick to respond to any questions. The town is quiet and you feel like you have a lot of privacy. My only recommendation is the place needs lamps since there are no windows in the back or bedrooms and it only has bright overhead lighting. Would absolutely stay here again!
