About this property

Podere Bianco" is a delightful property immersed in the greenery of Maremma countryside, 800 meters from the sea.
Recently renovated and refurbished (June 2023), is located in upper Lazio on the border with Tuscany and 30km from the famous Monte Argentario.
It is the ideal place to relax and have fun with your family or a group of friends.
The property consists of: the villa, the dependance, the swimming pool, the patios and porticoes, the garden, the parking area.

The villa consists of 2 independent apartments, on two levels, of 70 sqm each. Each apartment has two double bedrooms with two ensuite large bathrooms plus a living room with an open kitchen.
The dependance (35 sqm) consists of a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (dependance will be prepared and available only for 9-10 guests booking).
All double bed are 160cm x 195 cm.

About the host

Born and raised in Rome, I moved to London Uk when I turned 19.
My brother and I started a business in hospitality, a Pizzeria (@arancinauk) located in the Notting Hill area. It has been super successful from day 1.
Our passion for hosting has naturally given the idea to do something more. We are very familiar with the maremma area since our family has a small beach villa there since the 90s. It has come naturally to look for a place in that area as we love it very much. We purchased this property and it has been a very long 2 years of renovation and refurbishment. Many flights London-Rome trust me. We are finally ready to host people and are looking forward to it.

Why they chose this property

We have been visiting this area since 1995. Our family owns a small beach villa close by. Every time you are looking for uncontaminated places, peace, breeze and beautiful sunsets...this is the place to go to.
And obviously, as Italians, we love good food!

What makes this property unique

On the outside, we have kept the classic country side aesthetics of the the area. As soon as you walk in you will find out the beauty of a modern and minimalistic architecture that calls back to the country side because of its colours and furniture.

We are super well positioned in the middle of the fields so you can see different scenarios and colours during the alternantion of the seasons. The peace surrounds us. The beach is only 800m away from the property which allows anyone to have a nice walk at sunset.
