Great House, Horrible Local Management communication

House was great, Communication by local Mgt is not so great. We discovered that there was some plumbing issues resulting us not able to use the washer, showers and able to only use one bathroom without flushing. Two different plumbing companies were sent out however, local mgt never contacted us despite our request until our last evening, when we were notified by the local office that we needed to vacate the property and only given a 100 dollar refund. We understand issues happen, but the service of following up with the guest should be top priority. Just our opinion.

The hill house

House and location were great. It is an older home but has lots of updates. Always felt safe! Easy access to wherever we wanted to go. Got to silver dollar city in about 20 minutes!

Perfect Location

The location of this home was perfect. Walking distance to The Landing and other old town shops. The home was warm, cozy and had plenty of space to spread out. We loved it and will definitely stay here again.
