Welcome to our comfortable 3 bedroom home complete with a pool and hot tub. This inviting home is situated in peaceful NW Reno, just 10 mins from downtown. The three bedrooms provide ample space for up to seven guests (see bdrm details). The highlight of this rental is undoubtedly the outdoor area, featuring a pool and hot tub as well as an open kitchen and family room. This rental is a home away from home, perfect for 1 or 2 families looking to make traveling with kids easy and comfortable.
The space
Open kitchen, living room and dining room perfect for family time. Large master with updated bathroom, double sinks, spacious walk-in shower and soaker tub. Queen guest room with large closet and dresser. Third (kids) bedroom with full bed, single bunk and single trundle - please note that only the double bed is equipped to sleep an adult. Second bathroom with ample counter space and tub/shower.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole house with the exception of the master closet. There is a dresser in the master to accommodate clothing as well as a linen closet and two large closets in the additional bedrooms. There is space to park 1 car in the garage as well as driveway and street parking.
Other things to note
1. Guests are not permitted to touch the pool equipment. We have a team of qualified professionals that will make sure the pool is clean and ready for your visit.
2. No glass in or around the pool or the hot tub. We have cups available for drinks, please use them and help to protect all guests from injury.
3. If the pool needs to be drained there is a $500 fee. If the hot tub needs to be drained there is a $250 fee.
4. The hot tub is open and available all year.
5. The pool is open from mid May through mid September.
