Location was good for our needs, close to the convention center. Furniture, fixtures, appliances, towels, bedding, etc. were eclectic and old which made the unit feel dirty though it appeared clean. The patched ceiling in the bathroom was concerning and the beds were so hard and uncomfortable. The patio door lock is broken and doesn’t lock. It beat the prices of the hotels nearby but don’t have high expectations. The host was attentive and provided info quickly when asked.

The host, Christine, was great in replying back quickly and she allowed us (4 adults & 1 child) to check-in in the morning even though it was set 3pm. The condo was fully stocked (toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, pantry, pots/pans, garbage bags, etc). Interestingly, a few pots had burnt, caked-in food, but I didn't mind cleaning/scraping them to use. Aside from that, the kitchen sink would fill up after 15 minutes of washing (no doubt there was a clog somewhere down the pipe), the air quality was very poor due to weed smell from the neighbors in the adjacent condo. I purposely rented a place with 2 bathrooms, but could only use one since I had to keep the door closed at all times to trap the weed smell. Also, the knob (handle) tub was loose and didn't work properly so there was no water; we finally figured out the knob had to be pushed in to get the water running. Luckily, the broken knob was in the same bathroom so at least we had one bathroom we could use. During our Memorial day weekend stay, the condo would be filled with weed smell every day around noon. Every time the A/C would start, the living room would be filled with weed smell. It was so strong, it was as we were smoking it ourselves! Having a child with us, we had no choice but to leave the condo to find relief outside. If you do not mind smoking weed, then this place is for you. But, for me and my family, it was torture.

Quaint little condo close to everything

We enjoyed our stay, the condo was well equipped for all our needs. The management was on the ball when needed and it was close to everything local. The facilities were well maintained and the neighborhood was quiet.

Nice Place!

Nice place for a stay in Reno. We were going to be going to the convention center so, this was a good spot to stay with kids and close to the convention center, food and shopping. The pool at the complex was closed for reapirs, but Christine (our host) gave us some great recommendations for water parks and local pools. It was clean and cozy and we had a great time!

Personal visit

This non-vacation visit was simplified because the condo had everything needed and more. The location is close to everything you may need. I definitely recommend this condo whether for fun, work or personal reasons.

Wonderful Home

The home was perfect for our stay in Reno. Great location near the airport, convention center, and restaurants. Clean comfy and well appointed. Christine was great to work with. Questions were answered immediately and checking in/out was a breeze. Hope the place is available during our next trip to Reno.

This place was great and fully stocked with all cooking items you may need! The roads were under construction and blocked off so that was difficult as we had car haul trailers but other than that for a normal situation there is plenty of parking.

Perfect Place for our quick stay

Our original VRBO cancelled on us with little time to spare. We were lucky to find this cozy place and it was better than our original booking. Very pleased with the location, space and having two bathrooms is a huge bonus. Our host had amazing communication and was very accommodating. Check in was super easy and our host was responsive. Ground floor apartment, allows pets, well-stocked kitchen and a full pantry. Unfortunately, the back door lock and handle are broken, and the security lock at the bottom of the door is the only way to lock it. We couldn’t find the instrument to do that, so we rigged up a method. Back patio area advertised as clean, good for pets, however the patio table wasn’t wiped down, garbage/trash in the backyard not cleaned up. The grill was dirty. Front storm door handle falls off. Dusty and dirty floors. Spilled a bit of water and when wiped up the paper towel was black. Not modern but central location.
