Great location near the creek, park, bike trails and the shuttle stop. This is the perfect place to enjoy Mammoth with family and friends.
The location is quiet with beautiful views, loads of sunshine and easy access to Town. The complex is located on a quiet, dead end street right next to Mammoth Creek. Getting into town is just a short drive or walk to the shuttle stop if you prefer.

We live in southern california and fell in love with Mammoth Lakes during a ski trip. The town has so much to offer and visiting during the summer made us strive to purchase a family condo. We hope you love it as much as us.

mammoth creek is a unique low density condo complex. pull into the open parking lots and your vacation starts. Open spaces, walking paths, outside tables along the creek. bubbling creek and wide meadows.

i think mammoth creek is amazing bc of all the amenities, outdoor space, tennis courts, pool, hot tubs, benches along the creek, dining tables along the creek. mountain views every where you look.
