Tropical Escape w/ Amazing Outdoor Space in Northwood Village, West Palm Beach

Perfect Tropical Retreat. From the moment you step foot on the property, you are surrounded with the sights, sounds and textures of a tropical get away. You can stay in and enjoy the amazing outdoor space that brings the tropics to you or cross one of three bridges leading to the most beautiful beaches this side of the Atlantic. Northwood Village, located just mere miles from the hustle and bustle of Clematis St. and The Square in West Palm Beach offers the old town vibe as antique shops and boutiques line the streets. This place is great to go if you are looking to browse one of the many art galleries or have the time to search for treasure in one of the vintage shops. The eclectic feel isn't lost once you stop for a bite to eat either, so consider making it more than just a shopping trip - support a local restaurant while you're in the area. Close to restaurants & night life as well as beaches & museums. You pick the vibe.

Our home is in the Northwood Historic District. Our home has a classic feel with a modern twist. We have brought the tropics to you through colors, textures and more. We have classic cedar ceilings & hardwood floors throughout the house giving it a funky Caribbean house vibe.

Our home has 3 bedrooms upstairs the Sage Room has a queen bed, luxurious bedding, great lighting and overall calm feel. Our Zen Room has a queen bed, yummy sheets & pillows, huge closet & plenty of storage space. Our Eternity Room has fun twin sized bunk beds. The bathroom is a full bathroom with shower & tub, plenty of towels and space for all of our guest.

The master bedroom is on the 1st floor and wakes up to the outdoor patio & pool. The master also has a queen bed & our favorite feature an authentic claw foot tub!

The tropics are just steps away with your private outdoor patio, pool, grill plus a couple other surprises. The outdoor space easily seats 8 guest and there are plenty of floaties for everyone.

Inside, the living room is spacious enough for all your guest, the dining room comfortably fits 8. The kitchen is stocked with all the tools to cook up your favorites. Uber Eats, and Door Dash can deliver your favorites as well. One thing we are sure of is you will love our coffee bar! and the Foyer...its picture perfect with its tropical feel.

There is also a lot going on in the downtown area. We are about 7 minutes from the Intercostal pier, 8 min from the beach and just steps away from shopping & lots of restaurants in Northwood Village. The Square is the place to be for brunch, shopping or dining. Clematis Street is the club & Bar scene.
