Outdoor Oasis: Arrive at the residence and you will immediately be drawn to the private resort style backyard that has a pool, spa, Oversized water slide and cave room grotto with elegant water features, and a lounge area complete with sunken bar that you can swim up to as well, TV and plush seating. There is also an option to add pool heat for the winter months. The outdoor area also has resort style seating with large covered area and lounge chairs to bask in the Arizona sun around the pool. Want to play on the putting green or corn hole? Also included for your entertainment is a grilling station, outdoor fire pit and an option to dine outdoors.

Indoor Luxury: At HÓZHÓ Scottsdale, we believe any stay should be centered around comfort. We booked this last minute stay for a long weekend with family. The place more than met our expectations. The photos on VRBO did not do it justice. We were there for 4 days and did not need to leave...so much to do for everyone in our party from ages 10-47. Would definitely stay at one of these properties again.

Plenty of bedrooms with the most comfortable beds and pillows we've ever had. There was 13 in our family loving all the amenities! Even though the temperature reached over 108 every day, we were entertained by the pool, pickleball court,golf Green, and billards table since the misters around the home seemed to cool things down. We can't wait to go back again!

They introduced themselves and provided a tour of the property. They showed us how everything works. Really took there time, we did not feel rushed. They gave us recommendations of restaurants, coffee shops and nightlife and they had an exquisite welcome basket for us that took up the whole table with all kinds of goodies! They made us feel so welcomed. Can’t wait to come back here!

Guys Golf Marathon

Eight guys golf marathon. 36 holes three days in a row. Our final consensus on the trip was we played too much golf and should have had just a house day to hang out and enjoy the place.This place is amazing. Clean. Well laid out. All the amenities you could ever ask for.Great for guys trip and for a family vacation spot.Management team was VERY easy to work with as well.Will definitely be going back.

Even Better the Second Time

This was our second time staying on this property. It was even better than our first visit with the addition of the pickle ball / basketball court. The house was extremely clean. Plenty of room. Great pool and hot tub. Wonderful neighborhood. Close to everything. We will be back again next year and can’t wait! Thank you for being a wonderful host!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the perfect family retreat at the Riviera Oasis. Our family ages were 1 - 67 and everyone of us, loved our stay. The bedrooms located on separate sides of the main living space was a bonus for our large group. The kitchen was well equipped and we prepared most of our meals at home. The pool, spa and pickle/basketball court were a hit. We had a mini-tournament of putting, pool, corn hole and hoops, since were are a competitive family. The property location was close to shopping and safe for walking and jogging. I appreciated the easy booking and quality costumer service. Highly recommend this 5 star property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is just as beautiful as the photos and very clean. There’s so much to do and enjoy and my group of 9 women had an amazing trip. A few things I wish I knew beforehand I feel the need to pass on: there are NOT hairdryers in each bathroom like management said, the top bunk in one of the bedrooms is not easy to get into and seems dangerous, do not waste your money heating the pool in the fall as it never got warm enough to use and you can’t heat both the pool and the hot tub at the same time, and lastly, be very careful on the pickleball court - it was clearly built by someone who doesn’t play as there is very little room behind the service line with an ankle twisting drop to the rocky yard and the surface is a little slippery. I would still highly recommend and stay here again keeping these things in mind!

Riviera Oasis Spring getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented this property with 12 girlfriends for a Spring getaway trip. The house and pool are beautiful and clean. There was enough room for us at this group size, but it would have been tight with more people. The main dining table only seats 8, so if you have a larger group and want to sit down to dinner that’s something to consider. Our biggest issue with the experience was there weren’t enough towels, toilet paper, or paper towels in the house and when we requested more we were told they didn’t have stock for it. We also requested a mid-stay cleaning which basically consisted of someone wiping down the kitchen counters and taking out the trash - things we could have done ourselves. We also felt a little nickle and dimed for everything - this was the only time in my life I’ve paid a fee for early check in. The house is beautiful but I think the property management needs some work, there are some simple things that could have made this feel much more like the luxury experience advertised.
