We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property and clear communication from the host. The property is ideally located to all the major attractions.
Great place to stay if you want to walk around New Orleans and the French Quarter. Staff was super prompt about responding to our questions. Definitely recommend.
We had a wonderful time at this property. It was spacious forbor 8 adults and 1 infant. All of the amenities worked perfect and the condo was very clean. The parking garage was a bit tight with a large vehicle so consider that if travelong with alot of you.
This was a very nice property, very close to accurate with the listings. We did think that we had our own rooftop balcony, but it’s a common area which was fine. My only complaint is the management company has a horrible response time.
Overall the property was great and was as described. The only thing that was a surprise was how loud the street traffic was. People would drive by late at night with external speakers and was very loud. The windows don’t block really any sound. Outside of that the ability to walk to really any area or hop on the bus or trolly really couldn’t be beat.
Everything was generally fine. Some minor issues that are worth calling out:- bathroom sink does not drain well- dryer does not work well- lots of condensation from windows inside condo left window sills wet- elevator was grimy- sometimes people loitering outside of condo smoking- no ice in freezerOtherwise, condo was great:- off the beaten path but still close to canal st- plenty of bedding and towels- nice, clean furniture & decor- fully stocked kitchen supplies- dishwasher worked well
Loved the location, walkable to nearby happenings and quick Lyft ride to anything else we didn’t want to walk 20+ min for! Clean, open space, comfy beds and couches. Had everything we needed, granted we ate out all the time. The ice maker wasn’t operating properly but it’s okay, it wasn’t a huge hassle. And the place could use a full length mirror in several places. Especially if hosting large groups of people! Overall, very clear instructions, beautiful place, and amazing location near everything!
