The space
Welcome to this modern downtown Bridgeport studio suite with kitchen, and bathroom detached from the main building on US 395. Every aspect of this suite has been remolded to provide the most comfortable stay in Bridgeport: new floors, bed, kitchen, bathroom, couch, 65” TV, instant hot water heater, etc. The suite is walking distance to all food and bar options in downtown Bridgeport. On-site parking. Perfect spot to hike, fish, explore Bridgeport, Bodie, local hot springs, Mono Lake and Yosemite.
Guest access
A private dedicated parking spot is located off the public street right in front of the suite entrance.
Guests have access to the entire courtyard area, driveway, BBQ, and outdoor dining tables. A shared washer and dryer are available in the garage.
The courtyard area is a shared space with the property owners who live in the main building on Main Street along US 395. This studio is located in a detached building from the owner's space on the first floor with one long-term tenant located upstairs above the studio. NOTE: One solo tenant lives full time above this unit. The owners will occasionally use the garage to park bikes and vehicles.
The suite is accessible by a smart lock that will generate a random code that will only work during your stay.
