The perfect beach getaway! Brand new fully renovated condo with extensive amenities. Our condo is perfect for families or small groups to enjoy Hilton Head and all it has to offer. Our condo is located in building 3, near the indoor pool and hot tub. Outdoor pools generally open mid March. Enjoy the short walk over the beautiful marshland to the amazing beaches of the Atlantic Ocean.

My passions center around the loves of my life, my 9 grandchildren! I also enjoy relaxing at my cottage in Marblehead, vacationing at the beach in Hilton Head, boating, reading, sewing, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. I love sharing my home with others that love Hilton Head Island as much as I do!

I love Hilton Head Island! The island and beaches are beyond beautiful! I visit often and love all the outdoor activities available. The island is known for it's preservation for all things nature related! There are so many outstanding restaurants and fun evening places to visit as well!

What makes this property unique

My villa is a new, totally renovated unit which offers cozy, clean, and comfortable living and sleeping areas for you to enjoy on your vacation. I take great pride in providing a well-stocked kitchen and well-cared for villa. This is my home-away-from-home as well!
At Hilton Head Resort you will find one of the most beautiful beaches, great amenities including our ocean-front cabana, 6 free tennis courts, 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, nautilus machine, indoor running track, indoor hot tub spa, steam room and sauna, badminton court, bicycling, volleyball, surfing, picnic area, an on-site store and a deli for burgers by the pool. Hilton Head Resort is known for being a very family-oriented atmosphere.
Take a leisurely walk down our private boardwalk to the beach or hop on our free golf cart shuttle for a quick and easy way to get to the beach and to "Coco's", our incredible ocean-front bar and grill. In front of Coco's is our sand volleyball court! You don't cross any streets or dodge any traffic to get to our beach. Our beach access is ON-Site!
