The outdoor spaces are fantastic. Surrounding the pool, there's a large deck overlooking the views with a firepit. The BBQ deck also features views and a dining table. The putting green also has a driving range net, and is flanked by a ping pong table on one side and a covered gazebo on the other side with a sauna and cold plunge pool. The public spaces of the floorplan are open. The large wet bar serves the living room, the pool area and the family room. The bedrooms are designed for privacy. There are 6 bedrooms upstairs plus a first floor master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The library has a queen sized Murphy bed. The media room has a queen Murphy, a single Murphy and a kid-sized sleeper sofa.
To answer my most asked questions... here are the total breakdowns for the beds: 4 kings. 4 queens. 1 double. 2 singles. 2 single cots. Lots of mattresses. We have hosted basketball and sports teams. I'm have a floorplan of the house with the beds in the photos section.

Guest will be able to access the whole house with privacy. The security cameras and Alexa cameras can be turned off.

Guest will have privacy, but the host or representative can help with any issues.

This central Hollywood Hills location allows easy access to the studios, Westside, the San Fernando Valley. It's also an easy drive to Santa Monica, Venice, Pacific Palisades, Beverly Hills, etc.

You'll need a car or have to use Uber. There's parking for 6 cars on the driveway and more on the street.

The pool is heated by both solar and gas, and the pool cover helps retains the heat. There may be an additional charge for heating the pool with gas. We usually have a 2 night minimum for weekend bookings.
Parties open to outside guests where admission fees are chartered or alcohol is sold are strictly prohibited. This is a place for private gatherings and celebrations, but parties for profit or open to outside guests are strictly prohibited. Please be mindful of the neighbors.
