▪️ Shared carport with EV charger and free street parking – No restrictions for convenient parking
▪️ EV Charging (Level 2): Feel free to charge your car on NON-PEAK hours only (11 pm-7 am), and we will just charge you whatever kilowatt hrs you use. PEAK HOURS will be the Kwt time plus a $30 fee per use
▪️ Please note: EVs have priority in the carport parking spot

🛡️ SECURITY & SAFETY
▪️ Safety Features – 24/7 monitored security with exterior cameras, occupancy sensors, and decibel monitoring. Disabling these systems incurs fees

🐾 PET POLICY
▪️ Well-behaved pets are welcome! $10 per pet, per night for stays up to 7 days (ask about our long stay discounts). We love pets, but please keep them off the beds and comforters. Extra cleaning fee will be added if we need to deep clean these areas, or stained/chewed up towels, bedding, carpets, etc.

▪️ Need a rental car? Choose from our lovely fleet of rental vehicles and save the hassle of the rental agencies
▪️ Buses, Ubers, and Lyfts abound nearby!

📞 I am right next door and can help with anything that's needed, 24/7, only a phone call or message away. I love to meet my guests in person if possible, and show them around my beautiful home.

📝 OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
▪️ Stairs and terraces abound (please supervise children and always use provided handrails)
▪️ Your entrance is through the right side gate in the carport, down the 2 sets of stairs, and to the left keypad. Please do not disturb the upstairs guests at the main entrance, as it is a separate listing.😊
▪️ You will have access to your studio suite, shared carport, shared laundry shed, and shared back decks overlooking the canyon.

USE coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains
USE trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage on surfaces
Garbage disposal: DO NOT put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up.
