Hi Michele, Thank you for staying at Casa Claida and for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the home overall, and I truly appreciate your note about my responsiveness. Casa Claida is set on a beautiful hillside, which is what allows for the spectacular ocean and jungle views. The access road is fully paved, and as is common in Costa Rica, an SUV is generally recommended for maximum ease and comfort. We also provide detailed guidance in our check-in instructions to make entering and exiting the driveway smoother. For comfort, the villa is equipped with A/C throughout the open-concept great room and all bedrooms. Each unit has its own touchscreen thermostat that guests can adjust at any time. Ceiling fans are also available in the living room and bedrooms. Regarding supplies, we provide shampoo, conditioner, natural soap bars, and hand soap, as well as laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, trash bags, and food plastic wrap. If a group uses more than average during their stay, additional items are easy to restock nearby — and when you reached out, I arranged for extra supplies to be delivered.
