Why they chose this property

I live in a quiet part of downtown, yet am still within walking distance to all the downtown events and activities. On a starry night you can enjoy the night sky and feel like your in the country. My neighbors are quiet and very pleasant and likely will say hello should they see you on a walk. It's the perfect balance to relax or go enjoy all the happenings of town.
