In the best location of Gramado suitable in the center, next to the Praça das Rosas, calm and beautiful. The best of gastronomy, shops, supermarkets, bus station and Christmas light. Everything very close, do everything on foot.
New building, well ventilated with barbecue, full kitchen, all taps with hot water, split air conditioning, living room with flat screen TV and DVD.
I provide bed linen and towels.
Capacity: 7 people, accepted pet.

Estadia agradável

O apartamento é ótimo, com uma localização excelente. Fomos em 7 pessoas, os únicos inconvenientes foram não poder ligar os dois chuveiros ao mesmo tempo e a cama de dobrar do quarto de casal não ser confortável. D. Antonia muita atenciosa. Recomendo com certeza.

O apartamento e excelente tudo limpo toalhas e roupas de camas tudo cheirosa, quando chegamos a senhora que ia nos receber já estava lá com apartamento com ar condicionado ligado o apartamento estava quentinho. O apartamento e bem localizado no centro de gramados tem tudo perto. Muito bom mesmo.

Os momentos em Gramado - RS foram agradabilíssimos, principalmente pelo ambiente, clima e pessoas do local. E para o nosso devido descanso, um apartamento muito aconchegante e com uma decoração impecável. Ahhhh... sabe aquelas dúvidas de como ligar a Tv, ar, etc q sempre surgem? Bom, nós não tivemos, estava tudo devidamente anotado organizado em pastas.... muito bom!! Espero voltar e me hospedar no mesmo local... Parabéns!!

localização EXCELENTE

Imóvel muito bom, com localização excelente, não é necessário utilizar veículo para os passeios na Av. Borges de Medeiros. Ao entrar, encontramos apartamento bem limpo e roupas de cama e banho limpas e cheirosas. Proprietária bem atenciosa. Sugestão é para ser colocada uma mesa para refeições pois há espaço na sala para isso.

Excelente imóvel, muito bem conservado, bastante funcional e ao mesmo tempo aconchegante. Realmente muito próximo do centro de Gramado, dispensando inclusive o uso de automóvel quando o passeio se resume aos pontos turísticos do centro. A recepção por parte do Proprietário ou seus representantes, também foi excelente. Já recomendei para meus familiares e amigos, e quando retornar para Gramado certamente contarei mais uma vez com a hospitalidade de Dona Nilza, a quem desde já agradeço.

Ótimo apartamento.

Amei o apartamento. Mesmo sendo próximo a rodoviária (o que assusta muita gente), é bem aconchegante e pertinho de tudo. Com certeza, quando voltar a Gramado, vou querer ficar no mesmo local. Parabéns a proprietária que nos acolheu com muita simpatia e solicitude.
