Property was in an excellent location. But we were told upon arrival there was not a lock to the apartment. This was not fixed during a 5 night stay. The main entrance to the building was securely locked but no key lock on the apartment we were staying in. We were told we would receive some sort of compensation or look for another place. Also, the refridgerator was not working during our stay. This was reported but no response. Despite contacting the owner and his colleague there has been no response.

Do not book this listing!!! On the day of arrival, we still didn’t have our check in information. The moment we reached out to VRBO our reservation was cancelled and we were only told it was because the hosts hadn’t sent us any of the information. We have a family of five with 3 kids and were left with no place to go. When I reached out to VRBO they only wanted to refund me the amount of the reservation and give me 150% to cover another rental. Because it was last minute, there was nothing available for anything close to that price. We ended up having to book two hotel rooms at different hotels because nothing was available! The whole point of getting the Vrbo was to stay together as a family and be able to have a kitchen and cook, do laundry, etc… we ended up having to spend more on the rooms, had to throw away groceries we bought and the aggravation of trying to find a place to stay at 9pm at night. We were told this listing was going to be suspended from VRBO. If you are reading this, do not book this listing!
