It offers private dockyards where you can park your boat and enjoy the view whole day.

Living Room : Two couches including pillows and throws offers you warm and cozy feelings.

Kitchen: Beautiful kitchen including breakfast table,gas stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, trash bin, paper towel, knife set, plates, glasses, mugs, disposable plat and utensils. We provided basic utensils and regular spices.

Sunroom : Backayard view fully covered with glass, seating arrangement and cozy sofa.

Indoor Entertainment: Free wifi, Flat TV, movie DVDs, DVD players, all kind of games, window ACs, heating systems.

Outdoor Entertainment: Private dockyard (Opposite of the road, private stairs), fenced backyard, fire pit

Amenities: Iron, iron board, hangers, hair dryer, bed sheets, towels, and pillows, washer and dryer.

Private dockyard : Dock is opposite of the road, you will need to cross the street and cross the guardrail. There is stairs to go down to the private dockyard. The dockyard has seating arrangements. During off season(November-April) we close the dock.

Directions: The cottage is situated at State Highway, easy commute to nearby attractions and restaurants.
