A home away from home! This cozy, warm townhome is tucked away in a peaceful & private community. It is only two minutes away from San Luis Mission Park which has a pet park, pond with bridge, and nature trails 👣. Florida State University (FSU) is a mere 7 mins away as well. Living room couches are super comfy and the 75 inch Smart LG OLED TV is perfect for an immersive entertainment experience. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. Outside is a spacious patio if you'd like to get some fresh air, feel nature, or just to take a smoke.
