Summary:
This townhouse is located between Park Avenue and Apalachee Parkway of Victory Garden Drive. Roomy 2/2 with a little backyard space for pet or just relaxing. Spaces for 2 cars up front parking.

The Space:
The space has been totally renovated and newly furnished for short term use or mid term. Features a large living room and open concept with a dining area and big kitchen with a bar. The Master Suite has a full bath and french doors leading out to the rear fenced yard. Full Size Washer and Dryer. Expect the most luxurious sleep in the King Size bed or the queen size bed in the second bedroom. Fast internet with a 55" HD TV in the living room and a 43" Stream TV's in each bedroom. Comfy, luxurious and space to spread out for families or professionals.

This is a quiet, established neighborhood enclave of townhouses inside of a residentially zoned area. One minute access to Apalachee Parkway, two minutes to Park-Only 3 miles to the Capital and about 4 miles to FSU or FAMU

Getting Around:
Apalachee Parkway can take you quickly from east to west, Capital Circle can take you quickly to the NE section of town, and Park Ave is a shot straight east to the edge of the city. Hundreds of nearby shopping opportunities and restaurants to choose.

Cute, Clean, and Quiet

Super cute place, very clean. I stayed with my partner and our 2 kids and we had plenty of space. Beds were very firm but super cozy, bathrooms were clean and well functioning. The host was very easy to communicate with and reached out on several occasions to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again. Just make sure you bring your own coffee pods if you want to use the Keurig!
