For more than 3 weeks for booking, we will provide you with an additional complimentary cleaning service in order to fresh your stay also for our maintenance purposes.

In order to protect the beauty of the neighborhood, Please forgive us that we are not allowed to book for partying. Also we are only allowed to have maximum of 4 adults if you book for more than two week stay.

Perfect home and location!

This home is in a very pretty neighborhood and is convenient and close to all that Tallahassee has to offer. We were in a group of 6 adults attending a wedding and all had plenty of space and room to enjoy this home in comfort. This house is clean, spacious, comfortable and the owners were VERY good at communicating and answering questions quickly. I would 100% recommend this home.

The property is exactly as pictured. It is a comfortable home with space enough for 3-4 couples so there is communal space yet places to be alone. It is convenient to Mission San Luis for a nice walk and the neighborhood is green and walkable safely. Nothing is far away… a quick lunch spot, Publix or even Florida State are an easy trip.
