Great single family home. Open combo living/dining room, french doors opening on to a large deck. Quiet neighborhood with mature trees close in to town. Eat-in full kitchen with large refrigerator. Master bedroom with queen, firm mattress and laptop/work station. Guest bedroom with queen bed and another bedroom with two twin beds. High speed 140 Mbps internet, 140+ channels, Netflix, Roku, Chromecast. Keurig coffee bar w/ free Keurig and drip coffee. Rental-only property for a clutter-free environment. This is an excellent property in a quiet, established neighborhood and super central! We stayed for an FSU game and it was perfect for 2 adults and two 17-year old boys. The house is very clean, very well appointed, and very comfortable. We would 100% stay here again.
